THREE TIMBER FRAME CERTIFIED PASSIVHAUS HOMES
Three new timber frame certified Passivhaus Homes were constructed by Elivia Homes to be owned and managed by Worthing Homes. South Downs National Park requires all sites of 10 or more new homes to construct 10% of the dwellings to the Passivhaus Classic Standard. The terrace of three houses was selected and designed to meet this higher standard.
