Greenbox Associates regularly work with architects whose clients want a very energy efficient home, but don’t want to certify to the Passivhaus Standard. The above homes were designed by Footprint Architects and all meet the Passivhaus Classic standard in a PHPP model. 

These homes won’t certify, so cannot be called a Passivhaus, but the owners have the reassurance that they have been carefully designed and contain all the important benefits of a Passivhaus homes.
