We worked with Jens Cole of DC design to develop a  sensitive staged retrofit strategy for a listed home. 

Using PHPP as the modelling tool we tested improvements to the building fabric to finalise a strategy of cost effective measures and to support the owner in gaining permission for on-site energy generation. We could show the impact on energy and carbon for various measures to ensure the right strategy was taken.
