Passivhaus Retrofit Winchester
- Greenbox Associates worked with Rupert Cook of Architecture PLB on a Passivhaus retrofit with an extension on his house in Winchester, Hampshire.
This house has been designed to meet the Passivhaus Enerphit standard. The complex shading on the site required careful modelling in PHPP. As the house is semi-detached the party wall details needed particular thought. This is to ensure the neighbouring property was not adversly affected.
